Shipping policy

Orders are shipped with USPS or UPS within 1-3 days of purchase. Please see the top message bar for any noted shipping pauses. Shipping within the United States only. Dogwood & Crow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All fragile items will be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival.  If your item arrives damaged, please provide photos of the item(s) as well as photos of the shipping box. Please note that I will ship all items as environmentally friendly as possible.  You may receive your shipment in new or upcycled packaging. Gift wrap is available!
