Dogwood & Crow Buying Guide

Good day! Dogwood & Crow offers primarily curated, true vintage clothing, accessories, housewares, decor and gifts. I also offer thoughtfully chosen modern pieces. I have a vision for my business, which is why I only buy specific pieces. Interested in selling? Here’s what you need to know…

*Buying/selling is by appointment only. Please TEXT Gabriella at (707)738-0559 to set up an appointment. I like to start with some photos of the items to confirm that is the right "fit" for the shop. I’m probably not looking for your great grandmothers antique crystal stemware, but I’m definitely looking for those 60s/70s era bell bottoms gathering dust in your attic! If it’s a large assortment, I’m happy to drive to you for a buying appointment at your home; attics, basements, barns, oh my! I’m always happy to pick through piles. Let’s chat!

*When you arrive for your appointment, please bring clothing in bags, as I do not have room for bins or boxes. If we are meeting to discuss decor or housewares, you may bring cardboard boxes. I will only purchase items that I believe will sell in the shop, are in excellent/perfect condition, and feel cohesive with the vibe of Dogwood & Crow. Due to limited rack space, I buy items based on season, unless it’s a rare specialty piece that I just can’t pass up!

*I pay the industry standard rate of 30% of the resale price, cash or Venmo. Or you can choose to be paid in 50% trade (store credit), only to be used on other vintage items, not new vendor items. For example, a pottery mug that I would sell for $10, you may receive $3 cash or $5 in store credit. My prices are fair and on track with our local economy, but if we don’t agree on pricing, you are welcome to take the items back home with you once our appointment concludes. Any items left or not picked up by the agreed time will be considered property of Dogwood & Crow or taken to the nearest donation center. That being said, I certainly do not have room to hold things for long and I am not a donation service, so let’s be prompt with pick up please! Thank you!
